My younger brother needed an urgent eye check after getting dust irritation during cricket practice. The reception team arranged a quick consultation and the doctor handled everything gently. Medicine started helping within a day and the redness reduced much faster than expected.

I've used them in the past. They are a great place to go if you need an eye exam done on Friday, Saturday or Monday. I guess the rest of the week they just sell frames. If they were a 5-day a week doctor's office I'd give him a higher rating.
I liked coming here, they're polite and the receptionist is honestly friendly, comparing to other places I've been where they are all giggles and fake just because they're getting paid. The Dr is a little serious but I can tell that's his personality. My glasses came at the time they predicted they would arrive, I understand that right now due to covid some shipments delay. I'm very happy with my visit and the services they provided.
I usually don't write reviews, but after speaking to the receptionist and optometrist, I will never go there again. It's been 4 weeks and no one has called to follow up nor provide an update as to what happen to my contact order. The receptionist try to put the blame on my insurance (which was verified at the time of service and payments were made), the optometrist said it was company that was delaying the shipment. Excuses, excuses. Which ever lies you are telling, as least don't leave the customer hanging. I give it a -1 Star
They are so unprofessional I came to them on Decemeber the 12th to get my daughter's glasses and they said they would be ready in about a week. So two weeks passed and so I called on January 10th and they said they broke the lenses trying to put them inside the glasses First off why wouldn't you communicate that with me the customer. So unprofessional and I will never come back here ever again. So I called back monday they didnt answer so I recieved a call from them tuesday it's the 15 they took over a month to have my daughter's glasses. They do not know how to communicate nor do they give good customer service very. They will never recieve my business ever again
