Eveytime I go into the salyersville location they are always so happy and welcoming and helpful. Katie has does an amazing job! She is very thorough and thoughtful and so patient. She’s very caring with the kids that came in, that was scared. Melissa up front helped me find the perfect frame, and was very patient and gave me a lot of helpful options. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend it, especially if you have little ones!!

I've been a patient there for several years. They are very thorough and explain things so I can understand it. However, my glasses got lost in transit from prestonsburg to salyersville. This wouldn't have been an issue if they would've sent them to salyersville initially like I requested the day I ordered them. That was 2 weeks ago and now it gonna be another week maybe 2 before I get them. Totally unacceptable. Probably my last time there .
