I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in over 10 years, but some recent issues with dry eyes brought me in. Everyone was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain things and hear me out. Dr. Kelsey was fantastic in helping me setup a game plan to resolve my issues. They have a great selection of glasses too! All in all, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back to them to get my eyes checked more regularly going forward!

Went in for a contact lens appointment. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, And overall, a super smooth experience. Felt like one of those family practice offices that used to be the standard before all the chains took over. The staff seemed to enjoy their work and there was a fun inviting atmosphere when I walked in. Definitely will be going back for future optical needs.

Wonderful service at Normandy Optical. Everyone was helpful, efficient, and attentive. They helped us choose frames, changed the lenses, followed up well, and even gave me several contact lenses to try to make sure I found the right one. It made the whole experience easy and pleasant.
