Norristown Regional Health Center

Yesterday closed for a staff meeting all day than no one available Fridays or anything on weekends ... Staff has gotten completely incompetent since Cyndi left. It feels like no one is running this place and everyone just kind of does what they want. Every person who helped run the place efficiently has left and I can only imagine why. If you can go anywhere else it would probably be in the best interest for you or your loved ones to find another place.

Can't ever get through to anyone! I had an appointment at 2 they sent a text to confirm app and I accidentally hit the automatic no and it got canceled I called right away to them, the call center lady said she couldn't do anything because it was already canceled and can't be seen today I said how is that possible? It's my spot it's still available because it just happened and was already available for me at 2 and it just happened then she tried to contact them OF COURSE NO ANSWER!!!!! NO CALL BACK AND CANT EVEN GET APPOINTMENTS TIL MONTHS AWAY! I HAVE PAIN IN MY TOOTH THAT NEEDED TO BE DEALT WTH TODAY! CANT DO THE WALK IN BECAUSE MY DENTIST ISNT THERE TIL MONDAY AND TUESDAY FOR WALK INS!!!!

This office called me to give me feedback on my daughter blood work. I asked for specific details and got told they can’t disclose that. I asked if they had a patient portal they said yes. I created it and there’s no information in there. No test results, no upcoming appointments, nothing. This is rediculous. And getting a hold of someone that’s willing to help is not as easy as well

Worst place ever for scheduling dental services! Stay away. It should be closed down! The ONLY saving grace is Dr. Michael Adams. He is a true professional.

I had to go in to ask a couple question about my situation and things got really complicated however, the front desk lady, Keyonia, genuinely was so kind and so helpful. She was so patient and even when I couldn’t understand something she explained step by step and got me the help I needed. I definitely do think the center needs to fix their automated voice calls because all the numbers it directs to are either always busy or just hangs the phone up right away. But the customer service was phenomenal and I hope to come back and see her for future needs!!
