North Canton Vision Center (Dr. Randall H. Blevins, OD)

I don't recommend. I tried this office because my eye doctor of 22 years retired. Dr. Mason is a nice guy and staff is polite. However, they never have trials for my contacts available. I had to wear an older expired prescription until the new ones arrived. I called two weeks prior to my appointment informing them I would need trials. I ordered contacts the same day as my appointment because it was quite urgent. I waited 12 days to follow up and when I called was told they were just ordered and they will text me when they are in, probably in 2 weeks. It shouldn't take a month to get contacts. There should not have been a 10 day delay for the order. I've been in corrective lenses the majority of my life and have never experienced this. I suggest going somewhere that doesn’t have a 4 week wait for lenses.

Dr. Blevins is great. My family and I have been going here since we moved to Ohio in 2015. He is thorough and explains what he is doing and the importance of each step. He is great with kids too! He takes his time with them and makes them feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Blevins.

We really like Dr. Blevins. He is very thorough and seems to be a very kind man. Took a lot of time with us and gave us a lot of attention while we there. The staff is not super friendly...other than one gal and she is a bit overly bubbly. They are not rude, just not talkative. They accept our insurance and work well with what we have to keep our expenses down. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Blevins is the best! He will always make sure you're getting what you need. The staff is also very friendly. Dr. Blevins and two other staff members took the time to help me pick out my glasses and make sure I actually liked them. I feel like so many other offices just shove you out the door once you've paid. That is never the vibe here.
