I honestly don't even know how anyone gets through. They never answer the phone. Very unprofessional.
Very irresponsible with the timetable. I've been there twice to pick up my glasses and there was no one.
I was extremely disappointed with my visit to the Walmart Vision Center. As soon as I entered, an associate, Black female, blue scrubs, rudely asked, "Can I help you with something?" I told her I was looking for Meta frames, and she just pointed and said, "They’re over there." After wandering, she finally came over, but when I asked about differences between the frames or how prescriptions might affect them, she just said, "These are the big ones, these are the small ones." I also realized I forgot my paper prescription and asked if I could send a photo. She told me they required the physical copy, but when I called a different Walmart, they said a photo would be fine. Overall, I felt unwelcome, dismissed, and received terrible customer service. This experience was very frustrating, and I hope management addresses both the attitude and the inconsistent information.
