I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to let everyone know about my experience at Vision Source. The office was very well appointed, immaculate and very welcoming. Their equipment was very high tech and as a result my appointment was shorter than normal. And the very best part was seeing Dr. Parker again. I would highly recommend Vision Source. The staff will treat you professionally, but in a very nice manner. They ordered my contacts and they were delivered before the due date. I had asked for a referral to a plastic surgeon and within 3 days I had heard from their office and had an appointment. Very proficient office. If you are looking for eye care, call their office for an appointment. .

I was referred to Dr. Koop for IPL treatments due to meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). Dry eye has been a significant and frustrating issue for years. With each IPL treatment there was noticeable improvement. Happy to say I’m 70-80% better and look forward to continued results with maintenance treatments. Arielle was wonderful, caring, and answered any questions I had. Each visit was professional and efficient. The office is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended!

I ordered glasses in December, which arrived in January. During my initial consultation, I had planned to select the matte-finish frames. However, the sales associate recommended the shiny finish, assuring me they would look better. After wearing the glasses for two months, I realized the shiny finish simply doesn't suit me and requested to exchange them for my original matte preference. This is where my experience took a turn for the worse. For the past three weeks, I have been calling repeatedly to resolve this matter, only to be met with excuses and delays. The staff seems unwilling to accommodate what should be a reasonable exchange, especially considering their salesperson influenced my original decision. I've purchased eyewear from multiple retailers across different regions over the years, and I've never encountered customer service as inflexible as this. Most reputable optical shops understand that finding the right frames is important and work with customers to ensure satisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my confidence in this business. I will be taking my future eyewear needs elsewhere and cannot recommend this establishment to others seeking reliable service and fair treatment.

Excellent customer service. So thankful I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The Doctor was very empathetic to my situation and is helping me on my way to recovery from severe allergies. I highly recommend this practice!

The staff were very professional and friendly. The equipment and methods were state of the art. My doctor gave thorough explanation of the findings and had a more recent, more suitable option for my contacts. The required scans are very beneficial for keeping track of eye health and I'm glad they provide this. I can recommend this office.
