Ridiculous patient care that’s very unlike the Northwell system. Firstly, this place does not pick up calls, it either rings out or they put you in ridiculously long hold. I was able to secure a PCP appointment and the earliest was 3 weeks away. Nonetheless, took it as I needed to see a doc, but the day before the appointment they called and canceled it due to “scheduling issues”. No apologies, no alternatives offered. When I asked when’s the next available - they said SEPTEMBER. We are in early June. Northwell, please re-evaluate this place.

This office is ABSOLUTELY terrible at answering the phones when you call, no matter what time or day. Get left on hold so long that the system times out and disconnects the call. It shouldn't take 7 attempts and an hour of your time to get through to someone, especially if you're at a specialist and you were informed they never got the referral.

Great place I started seeing my PCP Dr. Salalac here this past year and I have been very happy with him. He really seems to care and always follows up visits with direct phone calls to explain any bloodwork that I’ve done. I also came here to one of the other doctors they have to schedule a colonoscopy and he was also very, very good. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of help!!!

I came with my dad for an appointment, and I had the pleasure of interacting with the girl at the front desk, Patricia, and the other one, whose name I just forgot. Although she wasn’t able to directly assist me with my request, her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She was welcoming, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure I felt heard and comfortable. Even though the situation wasn’t resolved on the spot, I appreciated her positive attitude and the effort she put into trying to help in any way she could. Great customer service is about more than just solving problems, and she exemplified that perfectly. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.

They never respond to calls, been on wait plenty of times for more then 15-30 minutes. At some point it kicks you off the call so cannot even leave a message. They do not call you back.
