I’ve been a patient for years now and have always had a great experience with NSEA! Dr. Farber always spends as much time as I need and answers all my questions clearly. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Every staff member that I have encountered has been friendly and professional. The folks at the contacts desk are always helpful in helping to order contacts and are constantly looking for any discounts or rebates when purchasing. To say I am extremely pleased with this practice is an understatement! I highly recommend NSEA to anyone looking for a new eye doctor office!

Dr Farber was really good and thorough. Priselda was nice and friendly. The best was Vicki who did everything she could to make sure that I can get into an urgent appointment in the Wakefield office. Vicki is an example of an employee really cares about the patient!

Ophthalmology dept: Eye services are efficient, knowledgeable, professional and patient. All questions answered. Cataract surgery top notch! 20/20 (distance) in both eyes now. Optical dept: High quality fitting and glasses at a slightly higher price point. Necessary for me due to my special circumstances.

Dr. Cherian is so kind and professional. She takes the time to explain things so that I understand any changes in my eyes. I also want to give a shout-out to Susan, who is just the best.

The doctors and the staff at North Suburban Eye Associates are Fabulous! They made the whole process look easy. From the check in, to the consultation, to the procedure to the post op.
