This was my second annual eye exam with Dr. Ngo. She and her medical techs are extremely thorough in examining my eyes and eye glasses. They speak to you throughout the processes. Dr. Ngo gave me a complete summary of where I am with my eye health and what to look for concerning changes in vision. She genuinely listens and is relatable. I’m happy I have Dr. Ngo as an advocate for my eye care!
That was my first time ever at North Texas Eye Center and I got to see Dr. Frazee. I wish all doctors took his approach and view when it comes to medicine today and the approach that I believe all doctors should take, but have fallen short to Big Pharma. He took his time with me and explained things to me and his concerns with my blood pressure that was doing with to my eyes. He also has a diet that I am going to try that supposedly 6 to 12 months if I follow it, I won’t need blood pressure medicine anymore because he used to take blood pressure medicine himself and so I’m willing to try anything on the holistic route of things to not have to take a prescription so we’ll see but otherwise all in all the experience was Better than I expectedthere wasn’t much wait time. The whole staff was nice.
Well-oiled machine. Dr. Ngo is very kind and answered all of my questions. Chris was incredibly professional and efficient. I noticed he has a system for numbing drop, checking pressure, dilating drop to maximize efficiency and patient comfort at the same time. The contact specialist also explained things very well and was very personable. They seem to work together seamlessly.
Dr. Frazee is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is very patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain test results and answer all my questions. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I truly appreciate how clearly he walks me through everything. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive eye doctor.
Dr Frazee is absolutely incredible. He authentically cares for you. His staff is equally outstanding and must not go unnoticed. They're all just amazing!
