Dr. Frazee and his entire office are an outstanding team! They are highly professional, caring, and truly dedicated to their patients. I am extremely grateful to be under Dr. Frazee’s care. He is an exceptional physician who takes the time to connect with his patients and always makes me feel confident that I am in the best hands. I have been a patient of Dr. Frazee’s for nearly 10 years, and I continue to be impressed by the excellent care and compassion he consistently provides. I highly recommend Dr. Frazee and his team!

I like being a patient of Dr. Ngo and Dr. Pham, and the front desk is very friendly. The office however is always very busy when I visit, and I once spent 3 hours just for an annual eye check-up. Despite my appt times, I'm often waiting for 30mins to an hour to be called in, and my face time with the doctors often feels rushed. Definitely recommend this office for trustworthy patient care, but expect a wait time.

I have been going the North Texas Eye Center for a few years now. I have seen Dr. Frazee and now I see Dr. Ngo. The office is conveniently located in Plano, has a nice waiting room and the staff are friendly. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Ngo. She is patient when explaining procedures, problems and remedies. She takes time with her patients while also keeping on track with the schedule which allows everything to progress accordingly. I would definitely recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Dr. Ngo has built a rapport with my special needs daughter. She doesn’t hurry or rush as she examines my daughter’s eyes. Dr. Ngo answered my questions and addressed my concerns regarding her eyes. I have complete confidence in Dr. Ngo and would recommend her.

Took disabled loved one to see Dr Pham today. Office is busy and seems pretty efficient. Im glad I went the day before the appointment to fill in all the forms, submit docs etc, because the office park in which its located is actually full of eye drs (making it slightly tricky to locate).
