North Valley Eye Care

I have been a patient and see Dr Merry on a regular basis twice a year. He has been my eye specialist ever since Dr Barthelow did my cataract surgery . This is the only eye doctors I will ever see. They are caring, professional, and follow closely what my eyes are doing and checking for all possible signs of eye problems. The staff is wonderful being careful about all the testing and to let you know what’s coming up next. I highly recommend and encourage everyone to become a part of the North Valley eye community!

My daughter and I had our appointments at the same time with the same doctor. The doctor and supporting staff were very kind and made everything super easy! We were given space while picking out our frames, something I appreciated but then were given wonderful service when it was time to purchase. No pushy salespeople here! We have definitely found our new spot for vision services!

... and honestly I wasn’t expecting to get in so quick because places are usually backed up but they got me in the same day no problem. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpd me figure out my insurance which was confusing. They did the whole exam and the doctor explained everything really clearly so I actualy understood what was going on with my eyes... Found a pair of frames I liked in like five minutes because they had so many options and it wasn't overwhelming at all... Picked them up two days later and they fit perfect. Definately found my new spot for eye stuff.

The technicians and doctors were not only highly professional but also took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and clarity. We truly appreciated how comfortable and informed they made us feel throughout the entire visit. Selecting and ordering our glasses was, without a doubt, the easiest and most enjoyable experience we’ve ever had. Everything flowed seamlessly, and we felt supported every step of the way. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellence with such a personal touch—but we truly believe we’ve found our new eye care family here!

This facility is beautiful and quite large. The whole experience was good.. it just felt robotic. It was obvious that they see many patients and get them in and out quickly. The gentleman in the optical shop had the best customer service out of everyone in the office.
