Peach Tree Vision Chico

Dr. Timothy used to work at willows eye care. It's closed down now, thank god. The prescription he gave my kids were all wrong. I didn't even know until I went to chico. They said my kids eyes got better and asked to see the old prescription paper, when I show it to them they were shocked to see how big of a difference the prescription was. Then when he came to chico, I was shocked and so unhappy to see him there. I thought it was just me so I didn't say anything till now. But after seeing everyone reviews are the same as mine. We need to get him out of here. His assistant also sucks, she came from willows with him as well. She's the one who checks the glasses and measures them. She didn't even want to see my kids after the eye exam and told me to make another appt for later. Which is odd, normally you're supposed to choose your frames and get your head measures after getting a different prescription but nope, she didn't do anything of that. She had no clients with her, looks like she was in a rush. I didn't question it. I already didn't like dr. Timothy so I just left without making that appt. I would suggest not coming here. Not until they find a better optometrists and reliable staff members.

Dr robinson is great but the front staff are too busy chatting and playing on their phone to do their job. Dr Robinson and his eye staff are great but I'd rather pay to go somewhere else next year when I need my yearly check up just to be treated better. They left me waiting on my prescription for 45 minutes then acted like it was my fault I interrupted their talk time to take my prescription off the copier so I can get my glasses (which don't stay on my face at all... Even after the max adjustment!) ordered. If you want selection do t go to. Peach tree. You have a whopping 20 styles you get to choose from. I won't be back

I am extremely happy with the service I received at Peach Tree Vision. . . Yes, sometimes when you call they aren't able to answer the phone immediately, I just waited alittle bit and called back, and the receptionist answered,Getting new glasses from Peach Tree Vision went very smoothly, I brought in my new eye prescription, picked out frames a couple of weeks ago, and picked up my new glasses today, I very happy with my new glasses. . . I highly recommend Peach Tree Vision!

I don't recommend this office to anyone! I took my kids to check their eyes. The doctor that did the exam didn't even explain afterwards or talk to us about their vision. He just said their vision is getting worse and directed us to the front office and left! He didn't take his time checking their eyes correctly as the readings were all wrong. I ordered the eye glasses and kids couldn't even see the floor with them, so I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket to check their eyes again and they said the prescription dr Timothy gave my kids wasn't correct and too Intense for their eyes! Avoid this office. Pricey and unprofessional

The receptionists are the worst, I’ve called up there multiple times to see about glasses I got prescribed almost 20 days ago. The optometrist said they would be done in 7-10 business days, and to call if they haven’t reached out to me within those days. Here comes the time for that and I can’t even get my call answered, when I do they act like they don’t have the ability to transfer me, mind you I’ve been here and heard the phone ring for 5 mins straight, while the two girls in the front have conversations. The only people that seem to have any sense of urgency or work ethic are the techs that prepare you before seeing the eye doctor! It’s quite frustrating because their job isn’t complicated but yet getting simple information from them is beyond difficult and discouraging to want to keep coming back here, plus the lady eye doctor is the worse she’s prescribed the wrong glasses to me and has shined that light in my eyes for more than 60 seconds, she’s pretty intense and gives a racist undertone to people of color(brown black Asian) . The reason I’m back here is because she doesn’t work there I forget what her name was but she was an older blonde lady! It Isn’t Dr.Bullert she’s the reason I come back because she is very AMAZING at her job she’s caring and does the proper exam and right prescription! I don’t always get her but when I do everything goes smoothly, of course after getting through the insufferable receptionists and ending with a even more attitudinal lady to pick out glasses. I don’t know what happened to the staff but it’s terrible and needs an evaluation and mostly new people! But I am Glad you guys have gotten rid of the older white lady I’ve called corporate on her multiple times for medical malpractice reasons. Overall wait time is way to high and service is below average and the accuracy is 30/70 ratio, if you can find another place with insurance it’s highly recommended to do so!
