I established eye care for my school aged child who is on the spectrum and based on the current reviews I was not sure what to expect. The wait was a little long but the waiting area is open and offered plenty of space for my child to sit on various seats. Everything went well, the optometrist was accommodating. My only concern was that they made my child go to 3 different rooms to complete the exam. The transitions were frustrating to her which led to a meltdown. Besides my child's special need for a single room exam, the staff were nice and the facilities are clean and offer a wide variety of frames. They accepted Partnership insurance for basic frames and there was no out of pocket charge. I will be going back after ensuring they can see my kiddo in a single exam room.

This was an absolutely chaotic experience. I would recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to deal with unnecessary frustration. I have been a customer here a few times and recently came in for an eye exam and a contact lens prescription. 1. After seeing the optometrist, I was sent to the optical shop to pick up my prescription, but they only gave me the glasses prescription. This caused major confusion when I tried to order contact lenses online. When I returned to the eye center, I was told by the optical shop that I needed to try the new fitting before they could release my contact lens prescription, but they didn’t have it ready, so I was asked to come back another day. Later that same day, I received a call saying there had been a mistake and that I could pick up the prescription anytime. I ended up making three trips in total. The lack of professionalism and understanding of their job caused significant time loss for the customers is unacceptable. 2. Even after insurance, the cost of getting a contact lens prescription was higher than simply going to Costco’s optical department and paying out of pocket. 3. I called to settle my bill and was placed on hold for nearly half hour. Reeve Woods used to be a great place and now it's mismanaged, and they have lost a loyal customer. I would strongly recommend anyone who's reading this to look elsewhere.

Far from impressive for eye care. I waited 2 hours and went into 3 rooms before seeing a Doctor. They herd people like cattle through that place. Billing is a complete joke as well. Warning: Don't go here!

Their front desk is awful. I called, got put on hold then they hung up on me. I called back. They hung up on me. Called back again and no one answered. When I went in got my appt last week they’re scattered and impatient. Doesn’t appear competent. Won’t be back again. Called again, hours later, and explained what happened. Front desk lady is working on connecting me to correct information and people. Changed from 1 star to 3. Prob still won’t be back. This shouldn’t be this difficult.

I had an appt yesterday. It was with the new dr. Dr Hastings. The tech who did my initial eye exam was great! She explained everything clearly as she did the exam. After I met Dr Hastings for the first time. I was very impressed with his patient care! After he said he wanted some pics of my eyes. That he would call me with any problems. I was shocked that he called me that evening! Best Dr I have seen yet! Thank you! This is how Doctors should be!
