Family eye care is amazing! Doctor Harbert was phenomenal, so kind and explained everything so well. Katie helped me through the glasses process and shop for my lenses and it was such a great experience! Everyone who works here is so friendly! Had a great experience!

Phenomenal service - in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and competent from the front desk staff to the exam assistant to Dr. Harbert and to optical for ordering contacts. I am a first time patient after spending many years at another eye center in town that went downhill. So glad I made the switch to Family Eye Care!
I absolutely love Chico Family Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so comfortable and cared for. The young lady who brought me back was incredibly kind and talked me through the eye pressure test step by step. I really appreciated that she explained everything beforehand so there were no surprises. The eye doctor who examined me afterward was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. This is the first time in a long time that I’ve felt like my prescription was truly perfect for my eyes, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was also amazing. He was so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He helped me choose frames that were not only the best option for my vision but also complemented my face shape perfectly. Everyone at Chico Family Eye Care took such great care of me, and I truly had an excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
Prior to seeing Dr. Clarke, I Enjoyed Amy putting me through all the eye exams as she had a great personality and I enjoyed our conversations. Next, it was Dr. Clarke doing his usual outstanding job of providing me all the good And positive news my thorough evaluation provided him today. Finally, Amanda ordered my 4 new boxes of contacts (two for each eye) that will be shipped to my house. She also provided me my prescription info relating to both contacts and a reward sheet I can fill out and receive $50 back on todays purchases. Another great office visit. William McGowan!
