Although the wait overall was pretty long I am happy with my experience. Checkin was easy they give you a small map on a card to find your seating area and everything is so organized. Finding and ordering new glasses was simple and they too a week to arrive.

They were 15 minutes late starting my appointment with no explanation or apology. The assistants did not treat me like I was a person; their job was to get me out of their space as quickly as possible; the second tech wouldn't answer one of my questions. I was then put in the doctor's office where I waited for 20 minutes, again with no explanation or apology. Dr. Gilbert was insufferable; he didn't introduce himself for several minutes and he talked to the tech like I wasn't there; this was inexcusable. When he did my exam, he seemed to have a set idea about what results he expected to see and seemed to push me to answer that way instead of listening. His instructions were poor; if I hadn't had eye exams before, I would have had to guess what he wanted. He told the tech the results and what he recommended before turning and telling me. He wanted me back for more expensive testing with no good explanation. He tried to sell me on laser eye surgery, and since this clinic does surgery, his credibility vanished. On top of all that, I found out when I got there that a contacts exam is charged separately. I will not go here again.
Very disappointed, canceled my procedure the day before via voicemail left after hours, bc the doctor needed to leave early. I requested to see if the Dr could do it earlier in the day, I was assured a call back. I've left 4 messages with the front desk now. I took time off work for this and had to reschedule my patients. my appt was moved a month out on a day I'm unavailable. I understand things happen but I've been brushed off repeatedly with no alternative solution for something I had to plan out diligently. Update I'm now at 6 messages left. Edit: Everything eventually worked out and the procedure went well. The quality of services provided is good but the process is disorganized and inter office communication gets confused
Great place, very expensive, but doesn't help if I get glasses and contacts that take 2 weeks to get here and they only give me 5 days worth of trial contacts and then tell me it's unfortunate. Yeah it's going to be unfortunate if I can't see. Thats not exactly taking care of your customers is it?
