I just want to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Odiase and the amazing care he provides. My whole family of five has been seeing him since 2021. About two and a half years ago, we moved to Sacramento and decided to try a different optometrist locally for our 14-year-old son. Unfortunately, that experience didn’t go well; just three months after getting his glasses, his school notified us that he was squinting and needed a new prescription. That had never happened when we were under Dr. Odiase’s care.
After that, we made the decision to return to Dr. Odiase in Chico, even though it’s a 1.5-hour drive for us; and honestly, it’s 100% worth it. When it comes to your eyes, you don’t take chances.
My husband and I both have busy schedules, and I know Dr. Odiase does too, but I reached out just three days before and asked if he could see our entire family on a Saturday. Not only did he accommodate us, but he did so with kindness and professionalism.
When we arrived at his new location in Chico, he personally greeted us at the door and made us feel so welcomed; especially knowing we drove all the way from Sacramento. My family was excited, and we were all impressed by the great selection of stylish frames. We each ended up choosing two pairs; reading glasses and sunglasses.
The staff was also very polite and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.
We will absolutely continue making the drive to Chico for our eye exams. Thank you, Dr. Odiase, for always taking such great care of my family. We’ll see you next year!
