The office was very nice as well as comfortable. Your staff was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Bodnar performed my eye exam and answered my questions with expertise and genuine concern. I've already made my appointment for next year. The GOOD LORD willing, I will be back! They was very nice, explained what was going on and how everything works. They had new people in training, which needs more training 2 help people not being there so long. I did have bad experience going home, my eyes was dilated. Even though my glasses was tinted they wasn't dark enough, it was very hard driving home. They should of offered me those protected glasses. I looked around 4 them, yes maybe I should of asked. Other than that all ok.

Everything was smooth, efficient, and well organized from start to finish. The follow-up care was thorough, and I truly appreciated the time and attention given to address my questions and concerns. I am very grateful for the professionalism and quality of care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering cataract surgery.
NEO is a quality place to visit. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel thankful to have a quality eye care service near my home. I recently purchased my corrective eye glasses here and am quite satisfied with them. They have a nice selection of frames and adjust the glasses to your line of vision after the lenses come in. I used Medicare for the medical portion of my bill and a private eye insurance for my glasses.
I have been seeing doctors at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons for over a year now. Having surgery on your eyes is Scarry. The professionals at NOES is awesome. I am relaxed and confident about their work. I highly recommend this service…. At all offices in Medina county. Your sight deserves the best.
