NIOC has always been good to me and my family. I was in today for an overdue appointment, and there was no judgment. I had a spare pair of glasses that they were able to use for my new prescription, which helped keep my costs down. The doctor and all the staff are patient and take their time to be thorough and answer all your questions.

During my eye exam the Dr did multiple test then put drops in my eyes then had ne wait 40mins he then did more poking on my eyes from different angle when the dilation solution wore off painful. After that he released me I asked what about my glasses or contacts. He gave me a contact I put in my eye the after 15mins I decided to leave 55mins of waiting a little more than two hours total I left not happy. I'll finish somewhere else.
It's not a modern fancy office, but displays are laid out well. Very bright and welcoming office. Everyone is really helpful and friendly. Easy to get to and plenty of parking spots.
Everyone in town I called would not repair my wireless frame glasses. Brought them here to see if they could be repaired. Kyla said “be right back” and in less than 5 minutes my favorite pair of glasses were fixed. That’s why people come back here year after year.
