rudest receptionist ever, had 2 missed calls so i called back & miss Lindsey answered as i started talking she hung up on me mid sentence. Called again & someone else answered continuing to be rude af! I was wondering why they had called & she’s like “well did you get a voicemail?” which to I replied no, then she’s like “we don’t have a list sorry” all snarky.
I had 5 episodes of chest pain within 2 hours of seeing the doctor. The provider refused to order an EKG at the office visit because I was not actively having chest pain. Are they intentionally trying to kill people?
Just seen Melissa rohrbacher ahe was so gentle and patient with my son we took him there for a cough and she helped us so much i definitely recommend her and im not sure who the nurse was but she was young and very kind as well.
I went there today waain and out within 10 minutes. Drs and Nurses are always super friendly and good at what they do. Do i need to say more?
Spent an hour on hold waiting for someone in GI to answer. Horrible patient service. Really needs improvement.
