Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Answered all questions I asked. The audiologist was very helpful and made sure I understood all the options that were available to me.

The staff was rude and did not want to listen to what I had to say. What the doctor said I have heard before. I was sent here as a second opinion and it was a TOTAL waste of my time, energy & gas! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone
