Ka-sandra is absolutely amazing! the service goes above & beyond at this location! If you're looking for a new spot to get glasses they're extremely helpful & empathetic towards your needs. I came in needing new glasses all flustered and she eased my troubles! I highly recommend!
An excellent experience from the exam to the new glasses. The staff is very professional and knowlegeable. This is the best fit I've ever had also, perfect. The optometrist was patient, he answered all of my questions and concerns, and EVERYBODY was smiling and happy which made a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. It is going on 2 months for my glasses. First the associate ordered single vision lenses. Now they put sunglass lenses in my regular lenses and say my regular lenses haven't come in yet. No sorry for the inconvenience just oh well that's how it is by the assistant manager. I drive an hour up here making special trips.
The Assistant Manager Ka-Sandra was a tremendous help in finding the right frames and the right types of lenses. She is a great asset to the Eyeglass World company and also a very nice person with lots of experience. So I’m giving Eyeglass World on East State in Rockford a five star review. The shop and other employees were very well mannered, and answered all of my questions.
