Dr. Hahn is the best. Customer service is excellent and they are not pushy and truly are customer centric. We have been to many optometrists and finally, after 30 years, my husband has glasses that he has not had to return to the office to get readjusted, or ones he can't see well with. He has many eye issues and finally he can see well! We will return when we need an eye check again.

My family and I have been patients of LensCrafters for over 2 years now, and staff/service has been always positive. Dr. Hahn is very personable, kind, and resourceful. The staff in front, always are inviting, bubbly and patient. Thank you all for your great customer service!

Told over the phone one thing then when we show up they wanna charge money when I was told it would not be a charge if they had the pair of frames in store I would not be a charge only if they were not available and the guy said they were not available so I went to the store and then she demanded money for a different period instead of being able to walk out with no charge like I was told. Then she started to argue with me basically calling me a liar and started raising her voice and yelling at me do not go to this store if you want horrible customer service.
