Dr Pizzano is the BEST!!! He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining and keeping you calm while proceeding with treatments. We’ve known and trusted him for 30 years and he’s only gotten better. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who expresses concern and knows what and how to fix it, then Dr Pizzano should be your doctor.

The staff were extremely nice and professional! Dr. Durski was very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience, I rated them a 4 because I waited 25 minutes to be seen. I will definitely go back.

Dr. Pyfer is top notch. I did not like some of the waiting time. Their care is extremely thorough. They leave no stone unturned. If I'm living near the area or within a reasonable distance, when I need cataract surgery, I will go to him. If I didn't feel I waited a little too long in the office, I would give them five stars otherwise.

I rarely leave Google reviews, especially negative ones, but I chose this practice because of its outstanding reviews. That made todays experience even more disappointing. I arrived at 2:20 PM for my 2:30 PM appointment and wasn’t seen until approximately 4:15 PM. While I understand that delays happen, I was told the doctor was running behind because he spends extra time with each patient. It also became clear from conversations in the waiting room that this level of delay is not unusual, as several other patients were visibly frustrated by the wait and mentioned this happens “every time”. Unfortunately, when I was finally seen, the experience was the complete opposite of what I had been told. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me. He repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain what had been happening with my eye, didn’t allow me to provide important context, and never gave me an opportunity to ask questions. He simply confirmed that I wasn’t allergic to penicillin, prescribed an antibiotic, and walked out. I still had basic questions about the medication, including side effects and how long I was supposed to take it. When I asked the nurse, she had to Google the answers because she wasn’t sure herself. If I wanted to rely on Google for my medical questions, I didn’t need to spend nearly two hours waiting to see a specialist. I completely understand that doctors can run behind and that unexpected situations arise. What was disappointing wasn’t just the wait it was spending nearly two hours in the office only to receive less than two minutes of the doctor’s time and leave feeling rushed, dismissed, and uninformed. That experience fell far short of what I expected based on this practice’s reputation

Expect to be seen 15-20 minutes after your appointment time. My appointment was set for 1:50 and was called at 2:10. I arrived 5 minutes early. I was finish and finally left at 3:40. Dr Pizzano is thorough in his examination. The staff is also thorough in their prep and all are nice but doesn't make up for my time.
