Came here for the first time for my annual eye appointment. I normally went to an eye doctor out in Vienna. From the start, the staff here was exceptional. They greeted me upon entry and checked me in seamlessly. The technician who did my eye screening was very courteous and proficient. Next, Dr. Lim was very precise, professional, personable, and succinct with her explanations of my eye exam. Lastly, David, at the front of the store was very helpful when it came to choosing my new prescription glasses. David took the time to explain certain lenses, my prescription, my insurance coverages, and other questions I had. He was personable, stylish, and professional. If you're looking for a great eye doctor with professional, skilled staff, you will make the right choice coming here.

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Vroustouris (Dr. V). She recently saw my 13-year-old for an eye exam, and I can’t say enough about her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Not only was the exam thorough and reassuring, but what truly stood out was that she stayed well after the office had closed to personally teach him how to put in his contact lenses. She took her time, remained incredibly patient, and made sure he felt comfortable and confident before we left. Her chairside manner is exceptional—kind, calm, and very engaging with kids. As a parent, it’s incredibly reassuring to find a doctor who goes above and beyond like this. Highly recommend Dr. V to any family looking for outstanding eye care.

I was more than a little nervous since I haven't been to an eye doctor since I can remember, it could easily be 50 years. I'm 64, and glaucoma runs in my family. I've been using over-the-counter reading glasses as my vision has decreased, I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Cyra began the process with a wonderful, calming and confident attitude that helped set me at ease. Dr. Hubert was incredibly thorough. He explained everything as we went. He has a similar confient and calming manner. Billie Hawley did a wonderful job helping me select my new glasses with patience and knowledge. The entire experience was top-notch and I highly recommend this team.

When I arrived I was seen very quickly. Doctor Hoffman was great and very professional. She answered my questions and helped me find out why I couldn’t read small letters. I thought I may need bifocals but turns out I didn’t. I also thought with my insurance the balance would be too much to afford glasses there but my copay was minimal. I was very satisfied overall with the service I received. All the staff were very pleasant and professional.

This was my first time at NVDO in Falls Church. It was an A+ experience. The appointment started on time, it was thurough, everyone was very pleasant and explained things well. They did not rush me. Best of all, I was not sold pricey items, no sales pitches! Highly recommend it.
