Another superb visit. All staffer’s have always provided me the best care & attention. My eyes are in the best hands. I will remain a patient of theirs because they are: Very attentive, courteous, and professional. Everyone takes extra time to answer all of my many questions. This was my first time back in almost 6 years, and the staff has changed but everyone was so kind and professional, and efficient! Dr. Keeps was absolutely amazing and explained my treatment plan to me so thoroughly and made sure I not only understood what was going on, but also measured me of the process. I want to thank all of the ladies (especially the young lady who helped me find my new favorite frames) for a wonderful experience. Keep be amazing!
Dr. Connor Brass is awesome. He always has a friendly smile and is relaxed and informative. He answers all my questions with confidence and in a way that I can understand. He even allows a little bit of time just to chat (not too much, as I am always mindful that he has other patients). And, most importantly, he is very skilled at the total care of my eyes and my eyesight. My cataract surgery last Fall was quick, painless, and did not cause me any anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Brass!
Northland eye specialist was great from start to finish! From a warm greeting with Dani at the front desk, to Alexis helping me look for glasses, to Lyrah doing my eye exam and Dr. Keele was very personable and very thorough in her eye exam which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend! Make sure you ask for Lyrah!
