I would have gave s 5 star if they had more help. The doctor is amazing. They did not have enough help for frame area. I seen alot of employees just walking around and dif not even attempt to help out in frame area. I believe the employees there need to be trained in all areas there. It takes team work no I in team. I have worked behind seens and I was cross trained.

The physician was polite, compassionate and knowledgeable, unfortunately the receptionist was not. When we arrived she was typing, we waited, she never greeted us or even looked up to acknowledge we were there. I finally gave our names and purpose for the visit. Upon leaving, she told me the prices for the contacts, I asked her if they could be delivered to my house, she said, “ Well, you’ll have to pay for them first!” I told her, “ Yes, I figured that!” She also told me my insurance didn’t cover anything on contacts, which is odd because for the past 7 yrs. I have been coming there, they have covered a portion of the cost, so I guess I’m investigating that on my own time. She also spoke rudely to the physician while she was filling out some forms for a referral. My husband is getting referred for cataract surgery so the visit was stressful for us, she made us feel like we were bothering her with the entire interaction. I’m a Registered Nurse and I can say she needs some education on customer service and empathy, especially when she is the first and last person we encounter at this office. People remember not so much what you do or don’t do, they definitely remember how you made them feel.
It was quick, easy, and very informative. Everyone on staff was polite and was in and out within an hour. Spent more time trying to pick out frames than anything else!
Dr. Goddard was very thorough and insightful, and McKenna at the front desk was very professional and delightful. Amanda in sales found me a great, new pair of frames. She also made adjustments to an old pair that helped immensely, and she found that the measurements were off (bought at another store), so I will likely return to get new lenses in those with my new prescription. Thank you!
From the moment we walked in the door we were treated very nice the whole process was above our expectations
