The ladies there are so helpful. I picked out my first frame & they just weren’t working for me so I took them back & Abbey the vision manager worked with me & helped me pick out a frame suitable for my face. I got them yesterday & I just love them!
I went to the one on west 7th today. Super friendly staff. I took a script from a different eye dr because the were up charging. They helped me get 2 pairs for less and was very kind. The manager Abbey is amazing !!!!
I came in to have a screw replaced on my glasses and have a lens put back into the frame. The blonde woman in probably her 60s was extremely rude, and acted like I was inconveniencing her even though there was no other customers in the vision center. When she gave me my glasses back after "fixing" them the lens that I had her put back in the frame was in wrong so I couldn't see. I asked her to adjust it so I could actually see, which she responded to with a disgruntled sigh. She rotated them several times, with an uglier attitude each time she rotated them and handed them back to me. Until I finally decided to just leave and take my business elsewhere due to her bad attitude. After leaving I noticed that she had initially put my lenses in upside down, warping the frame of my glasses. Wouldn't recommend this vision center at all. Take your glasses anywhere else that has a competent employee without a bad attitude.
If you're insurance covers other providers I would highly recommend going anywhere but here. They convinced me to try their no lined bifocals, saying that if they didn't work for me that they would be happy to put in the lined lenses. Not once did she mention that there would be an additional charge. As a matter of fact she made it sound as if it were a service they provide, or that it would be covered under the insurance I purchased. Needless to say the no lined didn't work out and I needed the lined after all. I was charged $105 3 months later! I feel as if I was scammed, big time! Shady business practice if you ask me. Not to mention that they were nice enough while we were purchasing our glasses, but once adjustments needed to be made and questions needed to be asked they were rude as all get out. If I were you I'd find a better place than this.
