Took two of my children in today to be seen by Dr. Lemon. It was our first time in a Northshore. Everyone was VERY polite. The Dr was very good at what he does. My kids have worn glasses for quite a few years now so we've been to other optometrists, but he was by far the best. And they agreed. The ladies at the end while picking out frames were just as great. So everyone from check in, to getting the tests done, to the Dr. To the frames was great. I highly recommend them.

Very unhappy with how we were spoken to. The school said my son required a shot for 12th grade or he would be expelled. They argued with me saying the rcv4 shot was not needed even though I had it pulled up on chirp showing it was needed. They cut me off mid sentance, and rolled their eyes when i showed them papers. They embarrassed me when the first lady came out to loudly "talk" to me infront of other patients, trying to talk me out of getting my son the shot. Then turned and walked away as I was talking to her. After that I kept seeing nurses poke their head out looking directly at me. We waited for an hour after that. People that came in after us were being called. When we were called back, we recieved the same treatment... however the nurse who helped us had a nicer tone. We ended up getting the shot. This could have all been avoided if they would have given him the correct shot when we were there for it in July... instead they gave him Meningococcal B.
Everything was fine until my very recent ultrasound appointment. I had my baby (18 months) and my husband which is disabled, to help me during the session. A nurse named Olga was assigned for my appointment. My back was hurting the whole time because of the weird position I was in. I had to lay all the way back and it was a long session. My baby was walking around and my husband was having difficulties taking care of her. At the end of the session, she said not to have my baby again next time in the room, which I don't blame Olga. But I would rather not to experience that anymore. Might have to go to another northshore for ultrasound. Thanks, Olga.
I have gone to different north shores in the last year!! And it’s the same service they have never treated me with respect once in awhile I will get a nice desk person but it’s rare I get the pediatricians and the staff that help them are absolutely awful!! Have me strip my baby down to nothing but a diaper for an hour in a cold room at that!! I’ve been for myself and my child they treat me the same no matter what and have me wait
N.P Kaitlyn is the best. Caring, excellent listener and takes concerns seriously. Never feel rushed and my prescriptions have always been spot on, with no issues. Highly recommended!
