This place sucks, they have 5 check in windows and only one person checking patients in. The line is long and you would think that they would open up the other windows for getting people checked in. The person that is at the window is running her freaking mouth with another employee. I will never use this location again. Lake Station and Gary location is so much better. This place operates like food giveaway line

We enjoyed our visit on yesterday. The staff was so nice, friendly and efficient. From the time of check in to the end leading to the pharmacist. We were in & out in no time. The young PA guy I can’t remember his name my apologies talked to my daughter and was very informative & stated if we had any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I was able to make an appointment the day before. There was an average wait time, my appointment was at 9:30 and I was done by 10am. Granted I know it’s case by case I simply needed a prescription refill. The staff were respectful and helpful, the facility was clean, and the cost was affordable.
I am 62 yr. old woman and hate going to the dentist. Yesterday at the Hammond Location I met “ Quay” ( a dental assistant) I cannot tell you how much this young woman impacted my visit! She has a bubbly personality was kind , caring , helpful and understanding while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Y’all need to give her a big raise in salary or ur gonna lose a GREAT employee to another business eventually. She is a “ one of a kind”. Beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. Quay.. Thank you ! I will never forget you as long as I live.I wish peace and prosperity for u . U r an amazing person ! A real life “ gem” in such a messed up world that we all live in . Peace out !
I HATE going to the doctor. The women here are very nice and caring and make you feel very comfortable. I told my wife "I'm starting to like going to the doctor" lol. Both Northshore Health Centers in Gary and Hammond were a pretty good experience for going to the doctor.
