Dr. Megan App at NorthShore Health Centers in Chesterton provided me with such wonderful care throughout my pregnancy and delivery journey. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and supported. I truly felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. She is the best 👌 The entire staff at NorthShore Health Centers was also amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to appointments. They created a positive and caring environment that made every visit feel comfortable and less stressful. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Megan App and the whole team to anyone looking for a great OB/GYN provider.

Very nice, professional staff. They are patient and understanding. I always seem to be able to get an appointment pretty quickly and I've never had to wait very long at all before I went back to see the doctor and the nurse. I've had lab work done and they do a good job. And I've used the pharmacy and they're very nice there and they do a good job. So I'm glad that I made the choice to go here to this facility I think they do a great job overall 🙂 Heather piehl is kind, very knowledgeable doctor.

OBGYN DEPT. Went here first my first appointment for my 2nd pregnancy. Had to take a urine test in a shared unisex bathroom where men have to do semen tests. This is just gross especially if I have a toddler in the bathroom with me. My first ultrasound that I had, I had to schedule myself and I got blurry photos of my baby! Not only that I was rushed out of the room so quickly it was disappointing. My upcoming appointment for my bloodwork for my baby’s gender was never scheduled. I’m going to a different place. Had to schedule two months later for pregnancy depression and anxiety medication in a different department? I don’t understand how something common in pregnancy isn’t a priority at this place. Can only say the front desk was nice.

I went to the NorthShore Health Center in Chesterton. I walked in and had a short wait before heading back. As a person, who a struggles with Dental visits and has huge anxiety I was very nervous. The person, who did my dental health history and xray was amazing, very respectful, listened attentively and explained the entire process to ease my anxiety. I was introduced to the lady, who would completed the periomeasurements of my gums. At this point, both of them were humming and singing to the music, which was super relaxing. They made small talk about what movie the music was from, laughed and joked while knocking out the gum check and explained my situation specifically and step by step. They helped me to apply for sliding scale fees and explained costs upfront. Then, I was greeted by the dentist, who before beginning any work spoke at length about my visit. More importantly, we spoke about my health history and kindly explained how they were related to my dental history. We then reviewed what things would look like moving forward step by step. She listened attentively, was kind and gentle. She was very throughout in explanations and allowed for choices to be reviewed and offered explanations on how we would progress and respected my questions and decisions. I have never had such a pleasant experience from reception to future appointment planning. They managed to restore my faith in dental and will be my established provider moving forward.

Literally the most complicated dentist office I’ve ever had to try to work with. I’ve never in my life had to schedule so many separate appointments 3 months apart and no one I talk to knows what’s going on. The actual dentist was fantastic but I can’t deal with this office anymore so I’ll be going elsewhere with half my mouth cleaned. Lol
