Staff were professional, accommodating and congenial. Dr. Eernisse was thorough in his eye exam, explaining as he went and offering to answer any questions. Very calm, reassuring and personable while relating to me as an individual, not just another patient. Everyone in the office with whom I interacted was unfailingly warm and kind.
Everyone from the receptionist to the intake lady to Dr. Josh.were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was referred to another Doctor to deal with the eye issue I am experiencing. The referral was confirmed the day after my very thorough eye examination at Northview Eye Associates. I will highly recommend Northview Eye Associates for your eye care team.
The people there are really friendly. Josh my optometrist was really good and thorough at what he did. He found a torn retina. They have up-to-date state of the art equipment and a comfortable atmosphere. This was my first time being there but I have found my new optometrist. My first visit to Northview Eye Associates was amazing! It was easily the best doctor visit experience I’ve ever had. All of the people that I interacted with there respectful, kind, and efficient in their duties. I would recommend them to anyone.
The staff was very friendly. Dr. Josh was very informative, thorough and just a nice guy. The facility was nice and clean. Overall, a great place for all of your eye needs. Highly recommend.
