UPDATE!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everybody was so kind and patient with my dad. Our experience at this store was beyond excellent. They didn't try to upsell or get him to buy unnecessary add ons. The glasses were in a week earlier than anticipated. Excellent prices and nice, clean store. Great selection of frames. I called this store to schedule an appointment for my elderly father. They were very patient and informative on the phone. Hopefully, they're just as great in person! I will update after his appointment.

The staff was very friendly they made me feel very at ease. There was no pressure on me to hurry up and pick out glasses. I was able to take my time and get what I wanted, I'm sure I'll be very satisfied!

I tried to reschedule an exam yesterday at 5:55pm the website says open till 6pm. No one there place was totally dark. I call today and spent more time on hold than talking to someone only to be cut off each time I tried to talk to someone. Then I find out only certain insurances are taken for digital exams. Might be helpful to have that on the website.

I specifically asked what exactly was being charged for for my glasses, besides the frames. No mention of Shopkos Eyewear protection plan being added without my consent. Got home, looked the invoice and they charged me $39.99 for something they didn't ask me if I wanted to buy it.

I have been coming to shopko for a few years they have been great until today! I called them yesterday explained that after my doc exam & visit I got pink eye and had to toss the contacts they gave me to try & went back to pick up my glasses.yesterday I called the day before they were so nice & told my I could have my trials sent to my house! But today I came & explained my situation again the wouldn't give a pair to get by til the temps came!I had to argue & reexplain but I got no contacts til my trials come in ! I had to drive far to get here!I won't come back here & or my family that I recommend this place to!
