Dr. Herman was awesome. Best optometrist I've seen, and I am 70. He explained cataract surgery perfectly with even a large plastic eye ball. Very educational. He showed me my optic nerve...explained tear ducts...it was a wonderful visit. I highly recommend.
Exam was thorough and yet time efficient. Everyone so friendly and willing to help. Very pleasant experience ! Can’t wait for my new glasses !
Scheduled an appointment weeks ahead of time, then call a day ahead to double check time, they said Wednesday not Monday, go in wed nothing on the schedule & doctor's are gone for the day. No appointments available the rest of week.
Very through exam. Kind and understanding doctor. Staff was helpful and friendly. Doctor took time with me and wasn't attached to his computer charting.
