The BEST eye care I have ever received. The staff is phenomenal and personable. Dr. Koch is professional and efficient. My appointments always run on time. Diagnosed with severe dry eye and Dr. Koch's diagnosis and treatment plan has been effective and proficient. I had a great experience here today! Was in need of a new prescription and contacts because I didn’t have any in my eyes at the time and lost my backup pair of glasses. So I was basically walking around blind as a bat for a bit. This doctor’s office made it quick, simple and a relief to visit. They have a shop dog as well, and she is precious! The waiting area is very clean open and inviting. They also use state of the art technology that is very up-to-date which helps make the appointment all the more better! They got me in super quick, same day and understood my needs and urgency. The front desk ladies were also very kind! One of them brought me back and was super sweet as she helped me get my prescription! The same with the doctor 👩🏼⚕️!!! Overall great experience & I do recommend this Eye Doctor to anyone. Kids adults, elders, bring em all!
Wow! Blown away by how at ease my 3.5 year old was with Dr. Koch. I was having trouble getting her to cooperate when Dr. Koch swooped in to save the day. They also have a kids play area that my daughter never wanted to leave. Overall, very impressed with the kind staff at the front and the expertise of Dr. Koch! I’m excited for my appointment tomorrow. My daughter is even asking if she can come back with me. Thank you Dr. Koch + team for a wonderful first experience for my daughter!
Im not someone who normally writes reviews, however I had such a pleasant experience with Novel Eyecare and felt inclined to share. The office and waiting area are very clean, and I never knew an optometry office could look so beautiful. Every staff member I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The staff in the front were warm and inviting. Dr. Koch was knowledgable, informative, and friendly. I look forward to my next vision appointment!
I just moved to TN and I'm so fortunate to have found Novel Eye Care! Dr. Koch and her staff already feel like family. The office is wonderful and parking is a breeze. I'm loving the results of the OptiLift and OptiLight for my dry eyes and the additional benefits that come along with it.
