What a joke this offices phone system. Called 2 times in 3 days for an urgent visit and still no return call. This is the 2nd time I needed an appt with Kelly Christman and it seems like nobody cares. Plenty of competition out there. I'd never call this office again. Horrible service. What happened to Dr Zweibel? The office was great with him. A dating doctor Horrible now.

Terrible. Takes an arm and a leg to get them to refill prescriptions. And what they do prescribe is just a bunch of BS thrown in ur face to get u to leave the office. Terrible and I can’t stress that enough.

One of the worst medical office experiences. The admin staff never answers the phone. Wasn’t taken until nearly an hour after my appointment—no explanation. Dr. Kaporis spent two, maybe three minutes with me in what felt like a very cursory exam before mistaking a piece of lint for a mole while with my wife. Felt the entire time like I was a burden for everyone working here to endure. I don’t leave many negative reviews. This place deserves one.

I’ve been trying to make a follow up appointment for days now. You can’t schedule anything in my chart anymore and you also can’t schedule an appointment by calling, they have to call you back now?? I called twice, sent 2 requests in MyChart and nothing. I’ve been a monthly patient for years and I’ve never had this issue. The new system is absolutely diabolical. I have family and a job should I just wait around all day for a call back that never happens anyway? Please just let me book a follow up appointment. Why is this so difficult?

I almost never leave reviews, but my experience here was SO unprofessional and upsetting that I feel I need to warn others: do not go here. I contacted this office for help with a severe allergy issue. It took them over a week and a half to even return my calls (plural). Once they did, I was told I'd need to come in three times in one week for a patch test on my back, which I was fine with. I met with Samantha twice and she was wonderful - kind, helpful, and professional. But when I returned for my final appointment, I was not informed she wouldn't be there. Instead, a male assistant asked me to remove my shirt and turn around so he could take photos of my back - unlike before, when I was given a gown. I felt extremely uncomfortable and exposed but followed instructions anyway. Then the doctor walked in without introducing herself, saying my name, or even asking who I was. She looked at the photos and told me to "turn over" and "bend over," giving short, dismissive answers to my questions and clearly not listening to my concerns. I still had visible reactions on my neck and arms, but she brushed them off, didn't explain what the results meant, offered no next steps, and didn't even suggest seeing an allergist. At the end, I was shown a list of chemicals I “might” be allergic to and told I could "just take a picture." I had to INSIST on a printed copy, and I left with essentially no answers. The assistant even said, "Sorry you didn't get the answers you were looking for," as if that excused the lack of care. It was clear that she was rushing to get out of the room, which I should have taken seriously in other reviews of Dr. Kaporis. I left this appointment feeling dismissed, violated, and completely uncared for. This place has horrible communication, unprofessional staff, and zero compassion. If I could give zero stars, I would.
