I hardly ever write reviews but this one is worth sharing. Waited 70 minutes to be seen, and when I asked, the front desk person asked for my name again, then said they don’t have enough rooms and there are a lot of patients! Not even an apology—and acted like it was the patients fault! it was unbelievable. I have worked in clinics and been to many, but never seen such a flippantly rude attitude. The one star is for the reception, not for the doctor (who was quick and efficient , maybe saw me for 10 minutes). The medical assistant said they are transitioning to a new EHR system and she asked me for all the information that I had already filled out online. As I left, another patient said she had been waiting for 60 minutes!

Coming here for a consult for my grandma. Appointment time is scheduled at 4::00pm and we come on time, waited for 1 hour to get registered and triaged, then wait for another 1.5 hours to see the doctor. The whole appointment process is slow and inefficient. All the nurses and front desk are gone and we are still sitting on the hallway waiting to be called. Imaging a 90 year's old lady who sit on the wheelchair for more than 2 hours to see a doctor for 10 mins. Unbelievable...I'm a nurse and I worked for different clinical settings. This is a worst clinic I have ever seen. If you can't handle that many patients, dont double book/triple book your appointments.
Dr. Lee treated us with professional care and always provided us with positive experiences during each office visit and follow up appointments after our successful surgery. Thank you, Dr. Lee! - Deacon Jack & Barbra
The doctor is great. The front desk, though, is very sad. The person I spoke to boldly flaunted an urban accent while quietly swallowing critical T’s, turning “would” vs. “wouldn’t” into a suspense thriller. This was further compounded by some creative misuse of conjunctions. All of this happened after I specifically asked to speak with a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member. Maybe speak slower? It will help both of us.
Been trying for 3 days to book an appointment with Dr Nan Ning Chang, a cardiologist. Nobody answers. I waited 30 minutes!! They only put you on hold! Should patients wait for an hour more? Ridiculous! Does the management know about what the front desk are doing to this business? This facility should close! Not helpful!
