I have been bringing my children and myself to Nutley Vision for many years. Dr. Elena is thorough, professional and attentive and her staff is patient and very helpful. Due to an insurance change I had to go elsewhere for 2 years and as soon as my insurance allowed me to get back to Nutley Vision, I went back! I highly recommend this eye care facility to anyone looking for a personal, thorough optometrist.
Having been a patient here for the better part of a decade I can confidently say that the professionalism, courtesy, and respect I experienced was second to none. Dr. Vitenzon, while meticulous in her work and warm in personality, possesses another quality that supersedes all others: she cares. I easily “see” myself coming here for another decade… or two.
Both me and my daughter received detailed exam, all of our concerns were addressed fully and to our satisfaction and we left ordering glasses and contacts. Very happy with the services and definitely we ll be using them as our family optometrist moving forward.
I will start by saying the ladies are very nice ,I Didn’t get my eye exam from them, but I went for my glasses however, the first pair I had to return second pair I like because it fits my face, the amount of money that I paid for these frames/glasses Ugg they fog every five or 10 minutes and the tent. I’m not sure if I mentioned that it’s green. I don’t even know if I picked that color but it just doesn’t go, my glasses look like bifocals and they’re not supposed to however, I’m not going back there.Got a call from Tanya and she was upset and ranting about it being a small business however costumer are right.Then she didn’t let me finish talking and hung up.
Tanya was extremely helpful today when purchasing my new glasses frames & lenses. I ran into a hick up with my insurance and she was able to advise the best options through her expertise and we came to a resolution. On top of that she gave me a great deal! Nutley vision handles the full array of services from eye exams, contacts, to glasses….. and I only go to this store for all of them!
