I had the best experience at this practice! The staff members were amazing and very accommodating during my appointment. The doctors were very helpful, and the frames and glasses are reasonably priced. Overall, this is the optometry practice that I would recommend the most in the Anne Arundel County area and the state of Maryland!
I had the most wonderful experience today with my eye exam and especially finding prescription reading, distance and sunglasses. My previous big box store Optometrist made my distance glasses too strong and this Optometrist fixed that. Diana was fantastic and she saved me so much money by working out the insurance piece, discounts, plus I was able to reuse one of my frames. I thought this was going to be a bougie/expensive place but instead it was affordable and had a small town pleasant feel. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend. Had to return several times, the first time the glasses were not done according to the prescription, waited extra weeks, the glasses were fixed several times and still not sitting properly. The kid does not wear it since there is no difference. For the check up, the doctor wrote for all four kids and an adult the same!!! Complaints, though complaints were only from one child. Pushing to buy the glasses and made unnecessary prescriptions, saying, if the perfect is 100% and the kid has 95%, you should wear the glasses for better vision.
Had a great visit to NV Optical on Main. Dr. Vera is very thorough and knowledgeable. Diana helped me find the perfect glasses and was great navigating my insurance benefits.
Returning patient, staff was wonderful as always and appointing was easy! Doctor listened and was super easy to work with! Also, Madison was wonderful! She greeted me when I walked in, explained the paperwork, and assisted me after my exam to get my contacts ordered and was just overall so fun to talk to as well as knowledgeable!
