The staff is wonderful, and the doctors did a great job selecting lenses for me. There was no wait at all. Everything was excellent except for the lens pricing. On the website, a 30-day supply of daily lenses costs $53.5, but they sold them to me for $110. The difference is too big, so I’d recommend ordering directly.
Dr. Irina Pankova was amazing with my brother—patient, kind, and clear in every explanation. Her staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. We felt truly cared for and highly recommend her!
This is my first visit,-clean office, no long waiting time, all workers are friendly and professional, MD are triyng to explain you a lot of details of your tests for your better understanding what is going on,I would definitely recommend.
It has been an honor and privilege to be Dr.Pankova’s patient. Her expertise and bed manners are impeccable. The office is immaculately neat. The equipment in use is state of the art. Wait time is none. The staff is very polite and prompt. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Definitely will go back and recommend to others ♥️
Dr. Pankova and staff are all wonderful. I am a new patient of Dr. Pankova and I'm very grateful to have found her. During my visit, the doctor was extremely focused and gave me her absolute fullest attention. She is patient and very caring. I was very impressed with her thorough examination of my eyes and how she explained everything I needed to know. My experience with Dr. Pankova was truly awesome!
