I I needed a last-minute appointment for an eye infection I woke up with and, since I was already in the area, I started calling around to different offices. They were able to accommodate me very quickly. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. The front desk staff member, Elaina, was especially helpful and kind and truly went above and beyond. It’s refreshing to experience such wonderful customer service, especially in this area. Thanks to the exceptional care and service I received, this will definitely be my new eye doctor!

I've been using downtown Eyecare for myself and children since 2018 and it has always been positive. This time.wasn't any different. Office is clean, staff is kind and polite and took time to answer questions. Our appointment was at 4.00pm and we were seen immediately.

From arrival time to departure the service was exceptional! My apologies for not remembering everyone’s name well. However, the woman at the front when you first walk in is great! Dr. Pheobe annd her assistants are wonderful! Everyone was very polite attentive and knowledgeable. Thanks again, for an awesome visit, See you in 6 months!
