Everything was explained calmly and clearly, with so much care and respect. The specialist who conducted my vision check-up was also very professional, patient, and attentive. The doctor was extremely thorough, kind, and genuinely focused on my comfort and results. I’m very happy with the outcome — I wear my glasses with pleasure and even came back to get contact lenses. They took their time helping me choose the right options and really guided me through the whole process step by step. It’s so refreshing to meet people who are this involved, caring, and professional. You can truly feel that they care about their patients. Highly recommend!

It is always stressful to shop for prescription glasses because they are expensive, especially progressive lenses, and not everything is covered by insurance. However, the two gentlemen working that day were extremely patient and helpful. I spent a good hour there and walked out with one pair covered by my insurance with two additional designer pairs with all the trimmings for $1,500. That was at the beginning of the year. Today, I went back because one of the nose pads was broken; the gentleman replaced it immediately. I highly recommend the store if, like me, you prefer the in-person experience rather than buying online.
