I found NYC optical to be very professional and friendly. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted warmly and all my credentials were checked. My exam was handled in the lastest of ophthalmology equipment, and then all my results were shown and explained to me. It was very impressive. NYC optical then showed me what was available to me in eyeglass ware, I made my selection and my glass will be ready next week. Looking forward for my new glasses. Great experience here! Needed new glasses and an eye exam, was able to stop by after physical therapy in the same building and got an appointment for the next day. Didn't have to wait and my exam was fast and easy. I'm indecisive, but the very friendly staff indulged me looking through dozens of fun frames, and the ones we picked came in within a week. Highly recommend!
