1 star because every time I come to my appointment the workers have nasty attitude and are rude! and I’m not talking about the rn or doctors the ladies that work inside the waiting area by the computers. So disappointing

IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a receptionist to schedule an appointment. Once I called every 30 min about 7 times in a row and nobody answered the phone once.... if you leave a voicemail maybe they’ll get back to you about 2 weeks later. When I do get there I always have a good, fast experience and Dr. Deng is literally the best doctor ever although I think he recently just left.... just really curious as to how it’s possible that literally NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT A HEALTH CLINIC

10:30AM appointment end of March 2021, still waiting at 1pm... Probably lunch time now. Extremely slow. Try making your appointment in the in afternoon 2PM? Eventually met my Doctor. Nice dude, DR. Chu. He apologized for the extreme wait. Hectic schedule.

Great reception staff, great nurses and doctors. TERRIBLE wait time. Waited over 2 hours to be seen by a doctor. Came in half an hour earlier than my appointment. Poor time management. If you want to come in to see a doctor, prepare to send half of your day here.
