Mychart says lower level for Dr Malyshev appointment. My partner checked in around 1220pm for appt at 1245pm. We kept on waiting only to find out the office of the doctor is on the 3rd floor. The lower level front desk clerk and third floor front desk clerk FAILED to communicate appropriately leading to more than an hour of waiting.

I needed to see a gastro NP asap and was able to find an appt same day. Anna Zhong was amazing, great bedside manners, listened carefully, asked questions, and provided professional guidance. The front desk team was very professional making check-in fast, they addressed you by your name and were very helpful with post-visit check-out. Kudos to the scheduling team on the phone, y’all rock! Thank you 🙏🏾

The pulmonary department did not send my asthma injection to my pharmacy and here it is 10 days and waiting. My asthma is flaring and I can't breathe well without it, I'm beyond upset. My doctor is amazing and I do appreciate him finding a solution to my asthma

Never pick up their phones, if you call to make an appointment because your sick they give you an appointment for 5 days to a week. By then I won't be sick. I 99% of the time have to go to a walk in clinic if I'm sick what's the point in having a primary doctor if I can only see them once maybe twice a year. If you need to change your appointment for a physical or follow up be prepared to get the next appointment 6-7mo later. If you bring them important paperwork like FMLA paperwork and let them know you need it before a certain date and gave it to them 2+ weeks before the due date they totally forget about the paperwork and have to start all over again. I'm going there to ask for copies of my medical records because it is ridiculous trying to get an appointment with them

This place has gone down hill within the last few years. You can't ever get an appointment with your doctor even if you're sick. But you can get a virtual visit by a nurse practitioner within minutes. I sent a message with my symptoms, what could the nurse practitioner do virtually. She can't look down my throat, she can't look into my ears, she can't listen to my chest. Come on, this is just another way to charge the insurance company. I was recently there. In the past the doctor would prescribe something according to your symptoms, there was no need for a virtual visit. It's all about the almighty dollar.
