I really liked my doctor, but I can’t get thru to them on the phone. I’ve been trying for a week with no way to leave a message because their mailboxes are full. I need my contact lens prescription and can’t get it. Finally spoke to one of the staff and she said she would send it to me…….I’m still waiting. Totally insane. I’ll be switching to another practice

From the very first appointment, Dr. Matthison showed a level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion that I had not experienced before. He took the time to understand my situation and explained every step of the new plan with patience and clarity. I only wish I had found Scarsdale Eye Associates sooner. They are a rare and exceptional team in every sense of the word.

Doctors are great but it is often challenging to get ahold of them via telephone and their front end staff (girls) are very, very rude and unprofessional.
Met Dr. Mathisson late last year to set up cataract surgery. I was very impressed with him and his staff. He explained everything in detail and I actually am looking forward to my surgery in the near future. Kudos to Rona who sets up his surgeries. She was sooo helpful, sweet and extremely knowledgeable and I wish more assistants were like her.
