Mercedes, Sasha, and the other two ladies there today at 2pm thank you so much for your help! They went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my Oakley Metas! Appreciate all your humor and effort ladies!

I didn’t get a response online after purchasing some meta sunglasses for my husband and then having trouble charging them but when I visited store, the lady was able to take care of everything right away with no extra trouble. Great customer service!

The salesperson who assisted us should be commended and recognized for her professionalism and eagerness to assist us with our purchase. With employees like this; there’s hope that customer service and serving the public is great.

I have been an Oakley user since 1980 its hands down the BEST Mercedes is very knowledgeable and knows her product specs for prescription glasses so if your in San Antonio Tx pls stop by the Oakley Store B011 at NorthStar Mall.😉

Excellent selection of Oakley glasses. Manager was treating me like I was trying to steal. Turned me off from the whole buying experience. I guess being dressed head to toe in Arc’teryx wasn’t enough of a clue that I was a serious buyer. Either way, felt gross and left after trying on a couple frames. Purchased from Smith Optics instead.
