Buy your glasses online to avoid hassle with returns and being overcharged. Next time I'll buy on Amazon. The Oakley employee Andreas was rude and obnoxious. He was not helpful at all hence the reason for the 1 star rating. Andreas could not find the corporate number and was trying to make it difficult for me to talk to corporate. Buy online folks prices are cheaper and returns are easier than in the Oakley Vault in Ontario Mills Mall.

I’ve been wearing Oakley‘s since I was in my 20s. I’m now in my 50s. Love the quality and brand and have had different variations over the years. During my visit, customer service/sales was great. The associate did a great job with showing me different options and making recommendations. Very friendly, not pushy at all and ended up getting exactly what I wanted. Thank you again for the great experience!

Very helpful.I went in to replace a nose guard and came out with knowledge and some new items. I upgrade my lenses to better help with cycling and changed out ear socks and nose pad with a color to match my bike. Very helpful, informative and scored with a discount as well.

Andreas is an exceptional associate, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with him during my visit. I live in Florida and was vacationing in California.
