When my husband decided to purchase Meta glasses, we chose to visit the Oakley store, and we are so glad we did! The salesperson was amazing. I didn’t get her name, but the receipt says JD. She was super helpful and knowledgeable on the product I needed. She replaced the broken lenses on my sunglasses in a couple minutes and I was out the door. Super happy.

JD, Mark and Nolan were very helpful. This was our second purchase at this store in about 5 weeks. We bought the Oakly Meta Light Curry about 5 weeks and JD spent almost 30 minutes switching the lenses for me, she was very patient. Then we came back and bought the Vanguard. Very nice people working here.

Our consultant, Soonae, also the store's optician, was super knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She directed us with ease to a new pair the exact sunglasses my husband in his hands. He was thrilled, as these are his favorites, and we were concerned that the style might have been discontinued. Soonae noted that if you buy a second pair, you get 30% off that pair. That was an easy decision since my husband wanted a pair specifically for outdoor sports: basketball, hiking, and golf. I also was looking for a pair of glasses, specifically for golf and hiking, and Soonae quickly identified the perfect pair. We are not mall people and getting my husband into the mall to physically go to the store was monumental. Having the care and attention of someone as experiences as Soonae made it a success!

I was interested on getting info about Meta glasses but I was no sure if I was going to actually purchase them. However JD was the specialist that help me understand more about them he was very knowledgeable and helpful so I decided to get them. Really nice customer service
