Fred has helped me a few times now in store and he is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable on the products and does not try to over sell. I love the Oakley products and Fred makes shopping for them way more enjoyable

Oakley had better hold on to Fred like the treasure he is before someone comes and recruits him. I went to the outlets today *to go to the Croc store* and yes- somewhere in the back of my mind I knew my lenses were scratched and new sunglasses were on my to do list at some point. I walked in- chatted with Fred about how much I adore sunglasses like frogskins or hold outs- without screws so I can just pop the arms back on- and bam. Dude found me a pair I didn’t even know I needed. But it’s the outlets, right? So, deals? Fred proceeds to go “…do you like green?” and goes running off to find another fun pair of shades to upsell me. I’m a sales person. I can smell it. I was admittedly stumped how he knew I liked green. (I was wearing a black hoodie with black joggers). It dawns on me hours later that I was wearing a green sneaker. Attention to detail matters, yall. Plus five points to Fred, who can sell sunglasses to a gal shopping for Crocs for her niece and nephew. He could sell gasoline to someone who drives a diesel truck.

Fred and team are all stars! Elite customer service from every one! Would highly recommend if you need any prescription or sunglasses this is the place!
